Demonitisation:IT-Dept sends notice by E mail/SMS to 6.60lakh peopl

Income Tax Dept. has identified 6.60 lakh people,as money deposited by them during demonitisation & details do not match with their bank a/cs, as per Central Board Of Direct Taxes (CBDT).Dept. has specified,that more than Rs. 2 lakhs amount deposited during demoneytisation,has to be shown in IT Return.This will be matched by dept. & depositor has to ensure its clarification,if it is not clarified then to pay tax on deposited amount.
