The scheme has only 4 steps.
You take 2 steps and department takes other 2.
Step 1 - Your step - File the application.
Step 2 - Department's step - Verify the application and tell you the taxes due.
Step 3 - Your step - Pay the Taxes.
Step 4 - Department's step - Issue the discharge certificate.
That's it - YOU ARE DONE.
