Quaremon is an interactive online platform designed to solve the tax, law, accounting or finance queries of anyone and everyone.
Quaremon = Quar + Emon; Quar indicates "Query" and Emon indicates "Exception Monitoring". Combinedly they mean a place where queries are exceptionally monitored, answered.
All the 3 places (Query House, Top Experts, Groups) have ASK buttons; Just click on the ASK button and start asking.
Ask Query option gives you the opportunity to ask questions that may be addressed to everybody , any expert or a group. You can see the number of views happened to your query in the View button, Number of likes in the Like button and the number of replies by other members following the reply button.
Only 4 things you need to feed: 1. Question Title 2. Question subject 3. Question 4. Ask to; You can also attach files (2 at max) if you wish.
If you ask query to everyone than you don't have to pay anything. But if you ask query to an expert or group than you would have to pay their fees.
You can ask FREE Query at Query House. Click on "Click here to ask Questions". Punch in (or select) the 3 items - Topic, Subject and Question. Please SELECT EVERYONE in ask to field. And click on POST.
Experts or groups take pain in answering queries. Though we try our best in regulating but definitely answers by experts or groups are more reliable.

You can ask your query to any Expert in Thakurani by paying their applicable fee. There on on top right side of the screen, You will see a tab that will link you to Top Experts page. On their respective profiles you can see their area of expertise and then on clicking “Ask" you can post your Query to them. They will provide you with an answer at the earliest. On the same screen you can also see following 3 tabs: 1. My Queries Under this you can view all the Queries asked by this expert for other Smartca members. 2. My answers Under this tab all the quesries for which this expert has answered will be displayed. 3. My agrees this tab will display all the queries and thier responses with which this expert has agreed. Expert coloumn in the Query House screen, queries for Experts are available.
To pay a fee for an Expert you first need to have suffice amount in your Smartcoins. You can deposit your money by clicking on the Red colored Deposit button that you can see at the Top right side. Now you will be redirected to our Payment Gateway page. On choosing your Payment mode and clicking Proceed you easily complete the procedure.
Quaremon has database of queries put up by users. You can provide answers to any queries of your pursuit. To answer a Query, go to that respective query by clicking on the link and further click on “Answer this”. Incase the query is not yet closed by a Querist you can provide your answer in a textbox. Further to this you can view what others have answered for that query. You can agree upon any answer by clicking on the link to “Agree”. You can also like a Query by clicking on Like button.
Answerable option in your Home click refers all the recent queries of your concern and queries referred to you under Answer Request facility.
It gives the user to check if the query is valid by clicking on Check Validity option.

Any user if finds that a similar query already existed and has been answered then he can copy the link of the earlier answered query and using duplicate query button he can paste the link as a reference to answer.
