I supply foods and drinks in restaurant.I am having license of liquor on which GST rate is 18%. Now I want to know whether we have to pay 18% GST on the gross amount of the bill including the value of liquor, inspite of the fact that liquor is out of the purview of GST.

Liquor is not liable in GST, so other than liquor amount will be GST liable.
