A continuous supply of goods is a supply of goods or agreement to supply on continuous or on a recurring basis under a contract for which the supplier invoices the recipient on a regular or periodic basis.
In case of continuous supply of goods, the invoice shall be issued before or at the time each statement of account is issued or payment is received.
