I have filed revised return to correct mistakes in original return. Yet I found some misstatements in this revised return? Can I again revise return as it was already revised for one time?

Income tax act states that revised return can be further revised as first return replaces original return. So, if assesse find any omission or misstatement in revised return, he is allowed to revise his revised return within a prescribed time.
So, If you find some misstatement in your previously revise return, you can again revise your return.
