I have been doing cow firm since last year in Haryana. I sell all my milk products in dairy. Do I need pay tax on such income or this is agriculture income?

Yes you have to pay tax.
As dairy farming is not an agricultural income, you have to pay tax on the income derived from the sale of milk.
