Hey...I am a working professional in a MNC in gurugram..I claim HRA..Since my landlord is not reachable easily, i do not have monthly rent receipts....Can i show annually rent receipt to my company to claim HRA??

For claiming HRA, rent receipts are required.For rent upto 1 lakh, no rent receipts are required. What you require is rent agreement.In case you are paying rent through cheque/banking channel, then annual rent receipt will also suffice...But do ensure that you possess a copy of rent agreement.Also, if rent exceeds Rs 1,00,000 then you need PAN of your landlord also.Hope it helps.
