No
Tuition fee paid for the maximum of two child is eligible for the deduction if same is paid for study in India. Therefore, tuition fee paid to university/college/school in India is allowed as a deduction.

Since you have sent your son for the education outside India, tuition fees paid shall not be allowed as a deduction.
