If the total liability of tax exceeds ten thousand, the company has to pay tax in advance in four installments. The due dates for advance tax payment are as follows.
Ist installment 15%- 15th June
2nd installment 45%-15th Sept.
3rd installment 75%-15th Dec. and
the balance amount of Advance Tax is payable by 15th March.
