The business environment can be categorized into two parts as internal environment and external environment.
External environmental factors are largely beyond the control of individual enterprise and are dynamic in the sense that they keep on changing. These are technological, physical, political and socio-cultural. Internal environment is the environment that has a direct impact on the business and is within the control of the entrepreneurs. These are internal management, machinery, methods of production, etc.
