A marketer alone can not serve the customer.
In order to produce the best goods or services, organisation should have strategy which ultimately server the customer with the superior value. So involvement of whole organisation from the top to bottom level management is unavoidable. Therefore, organisations need to look at the value chain network along with its own chain of activities and the chain of suppliers, distributors and ultimately customers.
