Yes, when the consent of a party to a contract is not free, their contract becomes voidable.
Voidable contract is a contract where an aggrieved party exists and he decides whether or not the contract is valid.
There are five reasons because of which the consent of a party is not free. This mainly happens due to coercion (use of force, threats to life or property), undue influence (solely due to the influence made by a teacher, doctor, lawyer and not on clear conscience), fraud or misrepresentation by the other party or mistake. However, A voidable contract can be enforced in the court of law by the aggrieved party if he thinks that such contract is in his favour.
