While verifying the credit sales, you have to pay attention to the following things.

Each item of sales relates to the period of account under audit
The goods are sold in the normal course of business.
The sale price has correctly stated
The amount of the invoice has been adjusted in an appropriate account; and
Sale has been made on the approval of a responsible official.
