What is a meaning of employee under The payment of Bonus Act?

As per the act, employee means every person other than an apprentice:
1) For salary or wage not exceeding Rs. 21,000per month, and
2) For any skilled or unskilled or supervisory or technical or administrative or clerical or manual or managerial work, and
3) Whether the terms of employment are expressed or implied, and
4) Worked in the establishment for the minimum of 30 working days.
