Empee Distilleries rises 6%, to sell stake in Empee Hotels
Dec'22,Empee Distilleries shares rose by 6%,as it is to sell its stake in Empee Hotels.Its Board meeting(Dec'26) to decide/approve sale of its 1,95,12,997 shares(Rs.10/share) in Empee Hotels(Not listed).Empee Distilleries were at Rs. 54.95/share up by Rs. 1.60.Board is also to decide to allot 9,39,727 share warrants to EW India Special Assets Fund Pte & 2,27,133 share warrants to Edelcaps at Rs.64.54/warrant on preferential basis.
