Read these 3 principles, and your wife would never fight on your bonus amount.

At least 50 of my friends admit that their wives complained about their lower bonus amount.

And I admit that I used to be a victim of such incidents. But now I am not. Because I know these 3 principles.

And these 3 principles may help you too:

Principle # 1 : You will not be paid any bonus:

• If your salary is more than 21000;
• If your company has less than 20 employees
• If your company is less than 5 years old and didn’t make any profit in the year.
• If you have caused any intentional damage or fraud to a company.
• If you have worked for less than 30 days in a year.

Principle # 2 : If your company is more than 5 years old then it should pay you a bonus of at least 8.33% of your annual salary. Yet, if company made a loss in this year, then it may pay you in next coming years.

Principle #3: If your company makes big profit then you may receive bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.

Now after learning above principles, you should confidently face your wife. I say so because the more confident you are easier it would be to convince her.

In my case, it took me three nights to convince her (you may take less) but now she doesn’t fight.
