"Appellant's Absence and Failure to Submit Required Documents Could Lead to Dismissal of Appeals".

Despite the absence of any representative for the appellant and the failure of the appellant's counsel to file an affidavit of valuation or ad-valorem court fee, as mandated by the court order dated 10.12.2018, the court has decided to extend a final chance for compliance. The appellant's counsel has been granted an additional three weeks to fulfill these obligations. Should the appellant fail to meet these conditions within the specified time frame, the appeals will be dismissed on grounds of non-prosecution without any further discussion by the Bench.




Despite the appellant's absence and non-compliance with the court's previous order to file an affidavit of valuation and ad-valorem court fee, the court has decided to give one last opportunity for compliance. In the interest of justice, as a last chance, further three weeks’ time is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to do the needful. In case the needful is not within the stipulated time, the appeals shall stand dismissed for non­prosecution without further reference to the Bench.
