"Kerala High Court Orders Acceptance of Form 3 and Form 4 Within 10 Days, Waives Additional Fee"

Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to direct the respondents to accept the form 3 and 4 submitted by the petitioners without insisting for the additional fees of Rs.37,500/-.

This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's order dated 02.06.2023 in WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.EBIN MATHEW, P.J.MATHEW, AKHILA SHOJI & JAEONA JAMES, Advocates for the petitioner in I.A/WP(C) and of SRI. JAGADEESH LAKSHMAN, CENTRAL GOVERNMENT COUNSEL for Respondents in I.A/WP(C), the court passed the following:

ORDER

The respondents are directed to accept Form 3 and Form 4 within 10 days without insisting the additional fee of Rs.37,500/-. The payment of same will be decided when the writ petition is finally heard. Respondents are free to file counter affidavit and file early posting petition, if there is urgency. If such a petition is filed, Registry will post this immediately.
