Never use time as the basis of your value.

Tell me, can you bill your client ₹10lac for five minutes' advice? If you can then go ahead and start doing it, you're a crorepati consultant in the making. However, if you can't bill like that then go before a mirror and speak, "My fee is Rs10lac." Keep on speaking 10 minutes everyday unless you stop smiling, disbelieving it. The day you believe you bill your client for your talent and not for time spent, you'll break the crorepati consulting barrier. Why should you stop using time as a basis for your value? Because first, time has an upper cap. It can never be over 24 hours in a day or 365 days in a year. So, even if you bill ₹1lac a day, you can't earn over ₹3.65 crore. Second, your client always doubts you, keeping close watch on the time you spend. Third, time doesn't do justice with your talent.
