NOC from earlier advocate isn't needed to appoint new advocate
The litigant has absolute right to change his advocate. It is not required to take no objection certificate from the earlier advocate. Although, fairness demands that the litigant should inform the old advocate, but that doesn't mean that the litigant can't change his advocate without NOC of the earlier one. The Registry should not demand for NOC as there is no concept of irrevocable vakalatnama.
