PNB Housing Finance IPO to be in market at Rs.750-775 on 25/10
PNB Housing Finance will come out with an IPO of Rs.3000 Crore on Oct 25. It offers the shares of face value of Rs.10 at a share price band of Rs.750-775. The issue will close on Oct 27. As per Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) the issue proceeds would to be used to enhance company's capital base for future needs & for corporate needs. Company's shares will be listed on NSE & BSE.
