In the matter of Ajay Kumar Agarwala Vs. J.A. Finance Ltd. & Anr. CA(AT)(Ins)No. 1178-2019

It is stated that after filing of the Appeal, parties have settled the matter and filed petition before the Adjudicating Authority for withdrawal of the application filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Therefore, the learned Counsel has been instructed by the Appellant to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to challenge the decision, if any, before this Appellate Tribunal.

The Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
