Advocate submits that he has been instructed by Mr. Harsh N. Gokhale, learned counsel for the Appellant to withdraw the appeal. Respondents have no objection to the same.

Mr. Vinod K Sharma, counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st Respondent and Mr. Darpan Sachdeva, counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd Respondent.


Mr. Kunal Negi, Advocate submits that he has been instructed by Mr. Harsh N. Gokhale, learned counsel for the Appellant to withdraw the appeal. Respondents have no objection to the same.


In this circumstances, while we allow the Appellant to withdraw the appeal, give no liberty to the Appellant to challenge the same very impugned order dated 24th September, 2019. The interim order passed on 21st October, 2019 stands vacated.


The appeal stands disposed of. No cost.
