In the matter of Boulevard Projects Delhione Resident Welfare Association Vs. Amit Agarwal, Resolution Professional of Boulevard Projects Pvt. Ltd. CA(AT)(Insolvency)No. 798 of 2020

After hearing Mr. Vikas Singh, learned senior counsel representing the Appellant and Shri Angad Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, we find that the impugned order has been passed directing listing of the Interlocutory Applications in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Corporate Debtor – ‘Boulevard Projects Pvt. Ltd.’ which is stated to be at the stage of consideration of the Resolution Plan by the Adjudicating Authority.

2. Having regard to the fact that it is a Housing Project related to the Allottees, we dispose of this appeal with direction to the Adjudicating Authority to take up the matter pending at the stage of consideration of Resolution Plan under Section 31 of the I&B Code alongwith all Interlocutory Applications after hearing on day to day basis according priority to the matter and make all endeavours for its speedy disposal preferably by the end of October, 2020.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the Adjudicating Authority for information and necessary action.
