Till the next date of hearing, the impugned order dated 31.03.2022 passed in CP (IB)-4045(MB)/2019 by the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Court- II) shall remain stayed.

The Registry is directed to list the matter on 04th July, 2022.
