Ms. Richa Sandilya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Indian Overseas Bank submits that in view of the subsequent development, the Appeal has become infructuous.

Mr. D. Sreenivasan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of ‘Resolution Professional’ submits that the debt of the Indian Overseas Bank has already been satisfied.

In view of the aforesaid development, learned Counsel for the Appellant, Ms. Richa Sandilya prays for and is allowed to withdraw this Appeal.
