Mr. Abrial Dhiren, Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Punit D. Tyagi, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the matter relating to settlement has not been informed and in absence of any instruction he has been asked to withdraw the appeal.


The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty to challenge the same very impugned order. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.


The ‘Resolution Professional’ will constitute the ‘Committee of Creditors’, if not yet constituted and proceed further as per law.
