In the meantime, it will be open to the Appellant to bring to the notice of the ‘Committee of Creditors’/ Liquidator that the appeal has been preferred but in absence of the issuance.
Learned counsel for the Appellant is allowed time till 17th January, 2020 to file impugned order dated 9th January, 2020 Post the case ‘for orders’ on 20th January, 2020.
In the meantime, it will be open to the Appellant to bring to the notice of the ‘Committee of Creditors’/ Liquidator that the appeal has been preferred but in absence of the issuance of the certified copy of the impugned order dated 9th January, 2020, the Appellate Tribunal could not pass specific order and, therefore, the Appellant may request the ‘Committee of Creditors’/ Liquidator not to create any third party interest by way of arrangement and compromise.
