We find that the Appellant has not cooperated in the insolvency proceedings.

After hearing learned counsel for the Appellant and going through the impugned order, we find that the Appellant has not cooperated in the insolvency proceedings.

We find no merit in the appeal. Same is dismissed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
