I availed service of say Rs. 1000 from foreign citizen and the applicable rate of GST is say 10%,what will the amount of invoice the he will raise fom me?

He will raise you a invoice of an amount which includes his fees of Rs. 1000 and the GSt @10.
It means the amount of GST will be 10% of the total amount of the inoice...
So, if x = GST and Y = Amount of Invoice
1. 1000 + x = y
2. 1000 + 10% of 1000 = Y
3. Y = 1100
Thus, he will raise a total invoice of Rs1100
