I have a business of textiles and a business of Lubricators. Both have turnovers higher than 20 lakh. My question is: Can a single GST registration suffice? or should I register for both of these establishments?

No, a single registration won't suffice.

You need to register under GST for every establishment you own, as if it were a distinct establishment, if the aggregate turnover for that particular establishment exceeds the prescribed turnover limit of Rs. 20 lakhs.
