What are the details to be filled up while issuing tax invoice?

As mention in the act, you have to fill up the invoice with the following information.
1. Name, address and GSTIN of the supplier
2. Tax invoice number
3. Date of issue
4. Name, address and GSTIN of the recipient
5. Signature of the supplier 6. Description of the goods/services
7. Total value of the supply of goods/services
8. Taxable value of supply after adjusting any discount
9. Applicable rate of GST
10. Amount of tax with the breakup of CGST, SGST, IGST, UTGST and cess
11.HSN code of goods or accounting code of services
