As your total exceeds the basic exemption limit i.e 5 lace, mandatorily you have to file return. However, income tax act has granted option for the mode of filing of return in case of very senior citizen.

As per the act, a very senior citizen filing return of income in Form ITR 1/4 and having a total income of more than Rs. 5,00,000 or having a refund claim can file his return of income in paper mode instead of e-filing.
