What are the procedure to register NGO under Income Tax Department?
Registration of NGo under income tax act is necessary to get an exemption on its income. In order to register NGO under income tax department you have to know following procedures.
Firstly, you have to make an application in Form10A. Form 10A shall require attachment of documents. Following documents are required to attach along with application.
Copy of PAN card of NGO.
1. List of name, address and Pan details of the trustees/managers;
2. Certified true copy of the instrument(registration certificate) under
which the trust/institution was created/established;
3. Certified true copy of the document (Trust deed/MOA and AOA)
