What is the due date for filing income tax return in case of a company?

What is the due date for filing income tax return in case of a company?

The due date for filing income tax return by a company is 30 September. However, in case of the companies which involve in the foreign transactions, the due date shall be 30 November. In other words, the due date for filing the Income Tax Return who requires to furnish report under sec 92E is 30th November 2018.
