Every assessee who has deducted TDS should file TDS return quarterly within prescribed due date. Followings are the due dates for the TDS return.

For 1st quarter (April, May, June)- July 31
For 2nd quarte r(July, Aug, Sept)- October 31
For 3rd quarter (Oct, Nov, Dec)- January 31
For 4rth quarter (Jan, Feb, Mar)- March 31
