Human resources management system is software that provides a many human resources functions together with benefits like administration, payroll, recruiting and training, performance analysis and assessment into one parcel.

Key Modules of HRMS are as follows:

Workforce Management: Integrated across the strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solution; Workforce Management provides powerful tools to effectively manage labour rules, ensure compliance, and control labour costs and expenses.

Time and Attendance Management: The time and attendance module gathers standardized time and work related efforts. The most advanced modules provide broad  flexibility in data collection methods, labor distribution capabilities and data analysis features. Cost analysis and efficiency metrics are the primary functions.

Payroll Management: This module of the system is designed to automate manual payroll functions and facilitate salary, deductions, calculations etc.; eliminates errors and free up HR staff for more productive tasks. This module can encompass all employee-related transactions as well as integrate with existing financial management systems.

Training Management: Training programs can be entered with future dates which allow managers to track progress of employees through these programs, examine the results of courses taken and reschedule specific courses when needed.
