Reshma is a Non Resident Indian. She owns a flat in Kanpur. She wants to sell it to a Shekhar, resident individual for Rs 68 lakhs. Shekhar has already paid token amount of Rs 1 lakh by cheque. But he is worried. He is not sure of the complications considering the fact that Reshma is a NRI. He already has taken a loan of Rs 58 lakhs too.
