Strength is one of the four elements of a SWOT analysis. SWOT is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.


Strengths refer to the positive attributes and internal resources that give an organization a competitive advantage and enable it to achieve its objectives.


These can include factors such as a strong brand reputation, talented employees, efficient processes, proprietary technology, loyal customer base, and financial stability, among others.


Identifying an organization's strengths is important in developing strategies to leverage those advantages and improve overall performance.
