Imported from US & European suppliers, China to raise anti-dumping tariffs.Following producers are to be affected by tariffs include Dow Chemical, now DowDuPont, Equistar [ACCECE.UL], Eastman, Ineos [INEOSE.UL], Sasol and BASF. The statement said, tariffs, will be effective from April 12, which are as high as 75.5% for some companies including DowDuPont. Ethylene glycol is used products like antifreeze,coolant,paints & other solvents.
On ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol imported from the United States and some European suppliers, China will raise anti-dumping tariffs, the Ministry of Commerce said on Wednesday. Following producers are to be affected by the tariffs include Dow Chemical, now known as DowDuPont, Equistar [ACCECE.UL], Eastman, Ineos [INEOSE.UL], Sasol and BASF.
The statement said, tariffs, will be effective from April 12, which are as high as 75.5 percent for some companies including DowDuPont.
