On good Q3 results Tata Steel jump 5% on bourses
Tata Steel on Feb,9 reported a 5 fold rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,135.92 cr for 3rd quarter ended Dec, 31. Had net profit of Rs 231.90 cr in same quarter of last fiscal. Shares of co. opened at Rs 718,up 5% over previous close.Stock opened at Rs 716 on NSE, a jump of 4.47% over its previous closing price.Consolidated income during Oct-Dec quarter increased to Rs 33,672.48 cr, from Rs 29,154.75 cr in year-ago period.
