TRAI for Rs.3050 Cr fine on Airtel,Voda,Idea,on Jio report
For not providing adequate inter connection facility to Reliance Jio,Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI) suggests to Telecom department, penalty @ Rs. 50 Cr/circle, total of Rs. 3050 Cr on telecom companies Bharti Airtel,Vodafone & Idea. Airtel & Vodafone have 21 circles each and Idea has 19 circles.On Sep'05 Jio had complained to TRAI about it.Due to it big number of Jio network's calls are failing.
