A copy of Circular No. 8/8/2017-GST dated 04.10.2017 vide F. No. 349/74/2017-GST issued by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Customs, GST Policy Wing, New Delhi regarding Clarification on issues related to furnishing of Bond/Letter of Undertaking for exports is enclosed herewith for information, guidance and necessary action.
