The court condoned the delay in filing the petition and heard the arguments of the petitioner's counsel. After considering the matter, the court decided that it was not appropriate to interfere in this case. Therefore, the special leave petition was dismissed. However, the court allowed the petitioner to file an appeal within three weeks. If the appeal is filed within the specified period, it will be considered on its merits.



The court granted condonation for the delay in filing the petition. After listening to the arguments presented by Shri Rana Mukherjee, the senior counsel representing the petitioner, the court determined that it was not necessary or appropriate to intervene in this case. As a result, the special leave petition was dismissed. However, the court provided the petitioner with the opportunity to file an appeal within three weeks. If the appeal is filed within the specified timeframe, it will be considered on its merits.

Having heard Shri Rana Mukherjee, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, for some time, we do not think that this is an appropriate case in which to interfere. The special leave petition is dismissed. However, if an appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the appeal shall be disposed of on merits.
