Delay condoned; Special Leave Petition dismissed in light of previous dismissal of similar case.

The court has condoned the delay in filing the Special Leave Petition. It is noted that a similar petition, SLP (C) Diary No. 5834 of 2019, was already dismissed on 5 March 2019 regarding the same judgment of the High Court dated 16 July 2018. Considering this, the court finds no reason to entertain the present Special Leave Petition. Therefore, the petition is dismissed, and any pending applications are also disposed of.
