Delay of 110 Days in Special Leave Petitions Not Condoned; Petitions Dismissed, Questions of Law Left Open.

The special leave petitions were filed with a delay of 110 days. The court reviewed the applications for condonation of delay and found the explanation provided to be unsatisfactory. Therefore, the court decided not to condone the delay. As a result, the special leave petitions were dismissed, and all questions of law were left open. Any pending applications were disposed of accordingly.
