Extension Granted for Payment of Ad Valorem Court Fee and Filing of Affidavit of Valuation.

In IA No. 87382 of 2018 filed in Civil Appeal No. 3089 of 2015, the court has granted an extension of six weeks from today for the payment of Ad Valorem Court Fee and filing of the Affidavit of Valuation. It is emphasized that failure to comply with this extension will result in the civil appeal being dismissed for want of prosecution, without any further reference to the court.
