Delay of 57 days in Application for Restoration Condoned; Appeal Restored to File.

The court has decided to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the Application for Restoration. The appellant's counsel has informed the court that all the defects, including the Affidavit of Valuation with requisite Ad valorem Court fees, have been rectified. As a result, the court grants the application for restoration and restores the appeal to the file. The Miscellaneous Application is allowed in accordance with the signed order. The decision was made by Justice M.R. Shah on March 25, 2019.

Delay of 57 days in filing the Application for Restoration is hereby condoned.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the

appellant that now all the defects are cured including the

Affidavit of Valuation with requisite Ad valorem Court fees.

Application for restoration is allowed.

The appeal stands restored to the file.

Accordingly, Miscellaneous Application stands allowed.
