Application for obtaining certified copies of certain notices.
An application to the [Chief Commissioner or Commissioner] under sub-section (2) of section 281A (of Income Tax Act, 1961) for furnishing a certified copy of the notice given under sub-section (1) or sub-section (1A) or sub-section (1B) of that section shall be made in Form No. 54.
